So people can buy it and receive a copy.
If so, we’ll announce it in our next newletter.
(and I’ll ask my university library to buy it)

Yes it is published as of last week.
The institutional prices are… steep. In ~12 months, a paper back issue should be published at a more accessible price, although I’m not sure what the price will be.
